What we collect
ClassConnect stores your name, email, account type, group memberships, and the class information you choose to enter or confirm. If you upload a schedule image or PDF, the file is processed temporarily to draft class rows and is not kept as a permanent public file. Confirmed class details are stored so teammates can find shared classes. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in readable form.
How schedule data is shared
Students can only receive match information connected to classes already on their own schedule. They cannot browse another student’s full schedule. A Group Admin can view full schedules only for members of a group that admin created.
How we use data
We use data to provide group membership, schedule matching, security, support, and product improvement. We do not sell personal schedule data.
Your choices
You can edit or delete classes, leave groups, and update your account details. Contact the service operator to request account deletion or a copy of your data.

This starter policy must be reviewed for your company, jurisdiction, hosting providers, age requirements, and actual data practices before public launch.
